By visiting Grain Theory Films’s website you agree to these terms. The site is provided for general information about the studio and its work. Please use it lawfully and do not attempt to disrupt, misuse or gain unauthorised access to it.

Our work and intellectual property

All content on this site, including the films, photography, text, layout, the Grain Theory Films name and logo, is owned by Grain Theory Films or by the clients and collaborators we made it with, and is protected by copyright and other rights. The footage and stills are shown here as a portfolio. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute or use them for any purpose without our written permission.

Embedded and linked content

Some films are presented through third-party players such as Vimeo or YouTube, and we may link to external sites. We do not control that content or those sites and are not responsible for them.

Enquiries are not a contract

Sending an enquiry, and our reply, does not by itself create a binding engagement. Any project we take on is governed by a separate written agreement covering scope, fees, deliverables, licensing and timelines.

No warranty

The site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We work to keep it accurate and available but do not guarantee that it will be error-free or uninterrupted, and we may change or remove content at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Grain Theory Films is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to this site.
